Skill and proficiencies

- Understand the principles governing thermal performance, condensation risk, etc and how they are applied in façade design.

- Understand how the principles of structural mechanics are applied in façade design.

- Can research and evaluate materials and system options to keep knowledge up to date.

- Have knowledge of materials and installation techniques.

- Can understand and react to design changes and budget constraints.

Requirement
-    A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
-    at least 7 years’ experience in similar manager roles.
-    Experience in construction field is advantageous.
-    Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
-    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
-    Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
-    The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures

* Any University Graduate and Business Studies subjects are preferable

* Age between 20 to 30 years old

* Affair in four skills in English and Myanmar Language

* Prefer Executive Secretary Experience

*  Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

*   At least 2 years of experience in civil work

*   Preferably with previous experience with façade works – structural steel, curtain wall, sky light, metal works, inspection, calculation, etc.

*   Effective communication and coordination skills and teamwork

*   Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

*   Able to work independently and in a team
