- Understand how the principles of structural mechanics are applied in façade design.

- Can research and evaluate materials and system options to keep knowledge up to date.

- Have knowledge of materials and installation techniques.

- Can understand and react to design changes and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

Job Description

- Lead a team of designers and prepare tender drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings and material order list, cutting list, Assembly drawings.

- Manage schedule of drawing submission.

- Managing the concept design, sketching, and detailing of innovative façade solutions and systems

- Preparing proposal drawings as per project requirements.

- Designing preparing drawing for steel, Aluminum and Glazing works

- Checking, controlling, calculating, and reviewing the design of the building facades before submitting.

- Providing profile, cutting list and details of materials to be used for the building facades

- Preparation of material order list

- Advice drawings and technical issues with client or architect when necessary.

- Collaborate Tender, PMD, Factory for setting up job Management Software or similar system and lead for implementation.

- Evaluate Design team performance and take necessary action to improve overall performance and become manager of the team.

- Developing new design profile and Strategies that fit for Myanmar Market.
