• Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years in a operational compliance or business intelligence or internal audit role.
• Strong investigative skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of industry-specific regulations and risk assessment techniques.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.

7+ years of experience in performance management, operations analysis, or compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership or Management role.

Strong understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and regulatory compliance standards within the industry.

Exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, advanced Excel, and strong leadership abilities.

Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or Compliance Certification (e.g., CCEP) is a plus.
