• 3 – 5 years in a operational compliance or business intelligence or internal audit role.

• Good understanding of industry-specific regulations and risk assessment techniques.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Analyze data and monitor interactions to ensure compliance with ethical standards and internal guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related complaints, incidents, or irregularities.
• Develop training materials and educate employees on regulatory requirements and ethical behavior.
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Review and update company policies to align with new regulations.
• Produce regular reports for management regarding team performance and operational efficiency.
