Job Requirements
• ဘွဲ့ရ (သို့) ကျောင်းကိစ္စကင်းရှင်းသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Computer ကို ကျွမ်းကျွမ်းကျင်ကျင် အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
• Financial Field (သို့) Collection ပိုင်းတွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနိမ့်ဆုံး ( ၂ ) နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
• အထက်က ညွှန်ကြားချက်ကို သေသေချာချာလုပ်နိုင်ပြီး Team Work ဖြင့်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
• အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အလုပ်ကချမှတ်ထားသော စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
• အလုပ်ကချမှတ်ပေးထားသော တာဝန်ကျရာ နေရာဒေသမရွေး သွားရောက်နိုင်ရမည်။
Working Hour: 8:30am to 5:30 pm
ပိတ်ရက် တစ်ပတ်တစ်ရက်: Sunday or Monday
Public Holiday ပိတ်ပါတယ်။
Benefit: Salary + Attendance Bonus + OT + Performance Bonus (2 times per year)

Education: Master’s degree in business administration or economics or finance

Professional experience: At least 5 years of working experience in Management positions at MFI or Banking sector including proficiency in financial and budget monitoring.

o Proficiency in financial and budget monitoring
o Strong management and organizational capacities in perfect autonomy
o Experience in supporting and transferring skills to staff

Desirable qualities:
o Experience in microfinance or development sector

6. Capable of driving/riding a motorcycle over long distances and in possession of a valid driving license
7. Experience or knowledge/understanding of social microfinance preferred
