Requirements
¯ University graduate with a related field of study.
¯ Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or
¯ Shipping coordination.
¯ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
¯ Fast learner with a passion for sales.
¯ Strong negotiation and sales skills.
¯ Willingness to travel as required by job responsibilities.
¯ Preferable experience in logistics at the border.
Responsibilities
¯ Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
¯ Set up meetings with potential clients, understand their needs and concerns.
¯ Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.
¯ Follow up with customers post-booking confirmation, coordinating with the Operation team.
¯ Share booking confirmations with Customer Service through internal folders in Excel format.
¯ Track and trace shipments from origin to delivery, resolving customer and operational issues.
¯ Ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of customer requirements.
¯ Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Head of Department using Excel.
¯ Conduct daily marketing meetings with the Head of Department.
¯ Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
