Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any field, with HRM Certificate or Diploma preferred.
* Age between 30 to 45 years.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as an Admin & HR Manager or in a similar role.
* Preference given to candidates with garment industry background.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and time management skills.
* Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations, especially employment contracts, employee leave, and insurance matters.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Intermediate level English proficiency in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Responsibilities
* Manage recruitment and selection processes, including manpower and headcount planning.
* Administer compensation and benefits for office staff and labor workforce.
* Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs across all departments.
* Investigate employee issues, grievances, and conflicts, and resolve them in a fair and timely manner.
* Monitor employee performance and manage KPIs for annual performance and salary reviews.
* Plan and organize job training, job allocation, and employee rotation programs.
* Review and update job descriptions and design competitive compensation and benefits packages.
* Oversee fixed assets, inventory control, procurement processes, GPS tracking, and maintenance management.
* Handle renewal and updating of company licenses, industrial licenses, YCDC licenses, and related permits.
* Manage all company insurance processes and documentation.
* Coordinate administrative operations with government authorities and associations when required.
* Prepare, monitor, and control monthly and yearly Admin & HR departmental budgets and expenses.
* Coordinate with all departments on Admin and HR-related matters.
* Manage office administration needs including IT equipment, printers, stationery, and pantry supplies.
* Support overall budget planning and cost control initiatives.
* Ensure office security, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with workplace standards.
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports and report directly to the General Manager.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
