Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and Diploma or Certificate in a related field.
- Minimum 4 or 5 years of F&B operation experience as an Operation Manager or similar role.
- Proficient in Chinese Languages and English Languages
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Solid understanding of food and beverage service principles, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and sanitation standards in food service operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, including restaurants and Bubble Tea Shop.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise F&B staff, including shop supervisors, chefs, and support staff, to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
- Manage inventory levels and procurement of food, beverages, and supplies to meet demand while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
- Implement and monitor sanitation and hygiene practices to ensure compliance with health regulations and uphold food safety standards.
