- Bachelor's degree and Diploma or Certificate in a related field.
- Minimum 4 or 5 years of F&B operation experience as an Operation Manager or similar role.
- Proficient in Chinese Languages and English Languages
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Solid understanding of food and beverage service principles, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and sanitation standards in food service operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
