- HR နှင့် ပတ်သက်သော လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ 1 နှစ်မှ 2 နှစ်အတွင်း ရှိရမည်။ 
- အဖွဲ့အစည်းကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်ပြီး အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် အလုပ်လုပ်တတ်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- HR နှင့်ဆိုင်သော လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများနှင့် ကိစ္စရပ်များကို ကောင်းစွာနားလည်ရမည်။ 
- Problem Solving Skills, Decision Making Skills များရှိရမည်။ 
- ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့် ကုမ္ပဏီကြားတွင် ကောင်းမွန်ခိုင်မာသော relationship များ တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ရန် စွမ်းဆောင်ရမည်။ 
- နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများနှင့် ရုံးတွင်းအခက်အခဲများ ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ရမည်။
- အင်္ဂလိပ်စကား ပြောဆိုနိုင်သူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။

-       Experienced in a marketing agency or similar environment.

-       Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

-       Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design thinking, and problem-solving skills.

-       Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

-       Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

-       Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects relevant to marketing or advertising.

-       Proficiency in video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects.

-       Strong understanding of storytelling techniques, pacing, and visual composition.

-       Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.

-       Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
