· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
· HR diploma or certificate would be an advantages
· Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
· Fluent in English (Speaking and Written).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
