Requirements

·        တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ​ဖြစ်ပြီး ကျောင်းကိစ္စကင်းရှင်းရမည်။

·        Sales & Marketing (အထူးသဖြင့် Media/Advertising/Digital Marketing) နယ်ပယ်တွင် အနည်းဆုံး 1-2 နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရန်။

·        B2B Sales, Client Handling, Negotiation စွမ်းရည်များ ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။ 

·        ဆက်သွယ်ပြောဆိုမှု (Communication)** နှင့် အပြန်အလှန်ဆက်ဆံရေး (Interpersonal ) ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။ 

·        Target-Driven* ဖြစ်ပြီး ဖိအားကို ကောင်းစွာကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်ရမည်။

·        Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.. ) အသုံးပြုနိင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

Responsibilities

·        ဖောက်သည်အသစ်များရှာဖွေခြင်း၊ ရှိပြီးသား ဖောက်သည်များနှင့် ဆက်ဆံရေး ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း

·        Sales Target ပြည့်မီအောင် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း။ 

·        ဖောက်သည်လိုအပ်ချက်များကို နားလည်ပြီး သင့်လျော်သော Advertising Package/Solution  အကြံပြုခြင်း။

·        Proposal နှင့် Quotation များ ပြုစုတင်ပြခြင်း။

·        Sales Report, Customer Feedback နှင့် Market Data များကို အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ တင်ပြခြင်း။

·        Internal Team (Design Creative, Production, Accounts) များနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်းလုပ်ကိုင်ခြင်း။
