Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Hospitality Management, Hotel & Catering Management, Food & Beverage Management (related field preferred)
- Proven experience (2+ years) in catering management or food service operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and catering logistics.
- Attention to detail and passion for food service excellence.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Creative thinking and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee catering operations including event setup,
- Plan and organize for Menu Design & Food Presentation
- Ensure food is prepared and presented according to client expectations and company standards,
- Coordinate logistics and procurement for on-site and off-site events,
- Supervise food preparation, service, and cleanup each service,
- Event service analysis that the effective or not, convenience and other requirement to improve,
- Employee management for smooth service
- Observation Catering market situation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for catering clients according to market demand
- Meet with clients to understand event needs, budgets, and special requirements.
- Ensure all services meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Prepare cost estimates and pricing for catering packages (coordinate with the Finance Department and Inno Lab)
- Manage catering budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability (coordinate with the Procurement and Central Kitchen Team)
- Track procurement and ensure optimal use of food and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards (e.g., HACCP).
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all catering facilities and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of events, client feedback, expenses, and staff performance.
- Report operational challenges and propose improvements to senior management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, procurement, and marketing teams.
