Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Fresher or 1 year experiences in network engineering or a similar role within the telecom or IT sectors.

Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewall configuration.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on analytical thinking.

Proficiency in configuring email clients and resolving related issues.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

1.     Focus on monitoring and initial troubleshooting of alerts and incidents.

Hands-on experience with network devices (routers, switches) and troubleshooting techniques.

3.     Install and configure networking hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.

4.     Ensure that all network devices are properly configured for optimal performance and security.

5.     Provide technical support for computer systems, networks, and software issues reported by users.

6.     Troubleshoot hardware issues with hands-on experience to resolve problems efficiently.

7.     Monitor network performance and integrity, identifying potential vulnerabilities or threats.

8.     Monitor network performance metrics and resolve issues escalated by other support tiers.

9.  Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and monitor their effectiveness.

10.  Maintain complete technical documentation of network configurations, procedures, and changes.

11.  Propose improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability based on analysis of current operations.

12.  Undertake other assigned by related field.
