Requirements

Edit crew photos to meet standards for seafarer documents, company IDs, and visas.

Retouch and resize images for official use while maintaining authenticity and professionalism.

Design and prepare digital assets for crew profiles, company presentations, and social media (if required).

Assist in editing scanned documents (e.g., adjusting contrast, cropping, cleaning up background).

Collaborate with the crewing team to ensure timely preparation of required visuals.

Maintain an organized archive of edited images and document templates.

Responsibilities

Any graduate
At least 1 year working experience
Able to work under pressure, independently, precisely and complete within require timeframe
Must possess strong communication & problem-solving skills, leadership skill, negotiation & time management skill
Good attitude towards taking initiative, responsibility and team-work
Proficient in internet/email, photoshop and MS office including word, excel, PowerPoint
