Responsibilities

- Responsible for verifying daily sales records and matching them with sales proceeds, accurately depositing the records and money to the accounting department, and transferring them to the bank account. Responsible for verifying various payments from Kpay, Wave Pay, and Online with sales records and submitting daily summary reports.

- Responsible for ensuring that the sales price, discount, and shipping information on the sales invoice are accurate.

- Responsible for reviewing sales receipt corrections, errors, and sales returns with the approval of the relevant manager and submitting them to the accounting department.

- The sales team must carefully review sales receipts and sales of discounted products and submit them to the relevant store manager for approval. If there are sales promotion programs, they must be responsible for checking the accuracy of the lists of products given as gifts or additional items.

- Must be able to fully fulfill additional responsibilities and duties assigned according to business needs.
