လုပ်ငန်းအ​တွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၃) နှစ် နှင့်အထက် ရှိရမည်
အများနှင့်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်တက်ပြီး ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

Responsibilities

-concrete making machine ကို အသုံးပြုရမည်။
-production plan အတိုင်း အချိန်မီအောင် ထုတ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
-စက်ဖြင့်ချိတ်ဆက်ထား​သော လျှပ်စစ်ပိုင်းများကို နားလည်တတ်ကျွမ်းစွာ လုပ်​ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်
-အသုံးပြုရသည့်စက်များကို Senior Operator မှ ညွှန်ကြားသည့်အတိုင်း စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းပြီး လိုအပ်ပါက ပြင်ဆင်နိုင်ရမည်။
-စက်ကိရိယာများ၏ ပျက်စီးမှုများကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းပြီး မှတ်သားထားရမည်။
-Construction Material ထုတ်လုပ်သည့် လုပ်ငန်းတွင် လုပ်ကိုင်ခဲ့ဖူးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
-စက်လည်ပတ်သည့်အချိန် ထုတ်လုပ်သည့် အမျိုးအစားများကိုလည်း နေ့စဥ်စာရင်း ပြုစုပေးရမည်။
