Requirements

        -         တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ (သို့) ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

        -         လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိသူ (or) မရှိသူများလည်းလျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်။

        -         လုပ်ငန်းနှင့် ရေရှည်လက်တွဲလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။

Responsibilities

-         Medical Device နှင့်ပတ်သက်သည့် error complaint handling အပိုင်းကို စိတ်ဝင်စားပြီး Customer complaint များကို စိတ်ရှည်သည်းခံစွာ ဖြေရှင်းပေးနိုင်ရမည်။

-         ဆေးရုံ/ဆေးခန်း/ဆိုင်များနှင့် end user များထိ သွားရောက်ဖြေရှင်းပေးနိုင်ရမည်။

-         ဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် အကျင့်စာရိတ္တ ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး သွက်သွက်လက်လက်ရှိရမည်။

-         စိတ်ရှည်သည်းခံနိုင်သူဖြစ်ပြီး Customer Complain များအား ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ကိုင်တွယ် ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

-         Product နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် training များပေးမည်။
