Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
• 4 – 5 Years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
• Proven record of driving revenue growth, identifying new markets, and expanding business opportunities.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Myanmar market and Southeast Asia’s industry is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required.
