Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies
*  Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets

* Direct team's focus, set goals, look at data, motivate and help create training opportunities.
* Sales managers work with large profile customers or with customer complaints, analyze budgets, and determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process.
* Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
* Build strong relationships with clients and key industry contacts
*  Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
* Able to Manage Sale Staff.
* Able to learn food & Bakery industry.
