Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent additional technical training or certificates is a plus.
* Basic understanding of IT hardware and software management.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must have above 3 years experiences in IT Field.
Responsibilities
Hardware Management
* Install, maintain & troubleshoot hardware, laptops, desktops, printers, other peripherals.
* Install, update & manage software applications on company devices.
* Maintain an inventory of IT hardware &
ensure all assets are in good working condition.
* Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs /
replacement as needed.
Software Management
* Install, Update, and Manage software applications on company devices.
* Ensure that all software is functioning correctly and efficiently.
* Troubleshoot and resolve software issues as they arise.
Network and Wi-Fi Support
* Monitor and maintain the company's Wi-Fi network.
* Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
* Coordinate with network service providers and network equipment vendors for repairs and upgrades.
Collaboration with Developer Team
* Interface with the developer team to check and test new software updates and applications.
* Provide feedback and report any issues encountered during testing.
* Assist in implementing software improvements based on use feedback and testing results.
Technical Support
* Provide technical support to teammates and customers for any IT related issues, including hardware, software, and network problem.
* Conduct regular checks and preventive maintenance to avoid technical disruptions.
* Train staff on the use and functionalities of IT equipment and software.
