Job Summary:
The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, ensuring high-quality food production, menu planning, and maintaining exceptional hygiene standards. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and expertise in fine dining cuisine.

 

Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or fine dining establishment.
Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or similar senior role.
Expertise in international and fine dining cuisine.
