Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).

Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is highly desirable.

Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.

Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and risk management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
