Requirements
· 6+ years in Japanese software development, including 3+ years as a Project Leader.
· Strong knowledge of Java, PHP, databases, Git, and project management tools (Backlog, Asana, Redmine).
· Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
· Japanese language proficiency (N2 or higher) with translation skills.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
· Validate and verify project requirements
· Manage multiple projects and lead related team leaders.
· Define project scope, handle stakeholder needs, and ensure technical feasibility.
· Optimize resource allocation and track project progress.
· Manage project scope, schedules, costs, and risks.
· Support and report to upper management.
· Oversee project documentation, process mapping, and financial analysis.
· Meet clients, clarify requirements, and ensure project success.
· Support the guideline to the respective positions’ specialty and responsibility
· Analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
· Provide guidance to relevant team members.
· Participate company’s activities or management process as needed
