Requirements

-Proven expertise across multiple Odoo versions (16–18) with deep understanding of MVC architecture & ORM.
-Strong proficiency in customization, integration, reporting (QWeb, BI tools), and POS/Java script framework.
-Advanced skills in PostgreSQL, performance tuning, and scalable architecture.
-Hands-on experience in deployment & cloud environments (Odoo.sh, AWS, Azure, GCP).
-Solid foundation in object-oriented design, APIs, design patterns, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git workflows).
-Strong in Python/Odoo and proficient in at least two other languages such as PHP, ASP.NET, or Node.js for broader integration and solution development.
-Solid understanding of core ERP domains such as Purchase, Inventory, Sales, POS, Accounting, Ecommerce and HR.

Responsibilities

-Strong hands-on experience in Odoo core modules Customization, configuration & integration skill
-Lead Odoo development activities including Customization, Code Migration, Data Migration, Output Documents, and Unit Testing.
-Architect and implement solutions using the Odoo framework & components across versions, with a focus on quality, innovation, and problem-solving.
-Design, build, and maintain APIs (REST, Web Services, external system integrations) to extend functionality and connect with third-party platforms.
-Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code, ensuring responsibility, quality work done, and attention to detail in every task with a can-do attitude toward challenges.
-Perform bug fixing, production issue resolution, and performance optimization, demonstrating a clock-around resolution mindset to support critical business operations when needed.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, BA, QA) to ensure smooth project delivery and guide junior developers, while maintaining clear communication and cooperative
relationships.
