Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in offline/field marketing, events, or brand activation (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered).
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to travel and work on-site during events and activations.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
-Develop promotional materials such as flyers, posters, banners, standees, and merchandise.
-Support retail and on-ground marketing activities, including store promotions, sampling, and roadshows.
-Track and monitor the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns and prepare performance reports.
-Manage marketing inventory and ensure distribution of promotional items to target locations.
-Collaborate with sales teams to increase brand visibility and support lead generation.
-Ensure consistent brand image and messaging across all offline marketing activities.
