Requirements

•  Any graduated
•  Must have 8 – 10 years of relevant experience
•  Good knowledge and understanding of warehouse operations and good distribution practices
•  Good Communication Skills, Problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and product Quality issues
•  Exposure to Warehouse Management System
•  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•  Proficiency in English and Myanmar Languages

Responsibilities

•  Plan and organize Warehouse operations to maximize productivity, improve inventory turn, reduce excess inventory and supply lead time
•  Ensure compliance to all the good distribution practices, statutory guidelines and SOPs
•  Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates in order to maximize productivity of each team member
•  Organize and maintain inventory and storage area as per the statutory guidelines and SOPs
•  Monitoring Warehouse to ensure safety and security of people and materials
•  Ensure shipments and inventory transactions for accuracy
•  Maintain record and document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status as per the good distribution practices, statutory guidelines and SOPs
•  Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performance and institute feedback mechanism 
•  Interface with customers & suppliers to answer questions or solve problems
•  Identify areas of improvement and establish new SOPs or modify existing SOPs
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth the warehouse operation
