Requirements

Japanese proficiency: N1 / N2 / N3 (business communication level) 

Basic PC skills (typing, copy & paste, etc.)

Leadership or team management experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Input Japanese text into PDF files (hiragana and basic kanji)

Take and paste screenshots as instructed

Perform data entry tasks mainly using copy & paste

Manage and assign tasks to data entry staff (team leader responsibilities)

Communicate with Japanese stakeholders (via chat/email)

Provide daily reports and progress updates

Monitor and improve work quality
