Requirements

·         Delivery plan များရေးဆွဲ၍ တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရန်

·         Delivery route, schedule, lead time များကို စနစ်ကျစီစဉ်ရန်

·         Warehouse / Sales / Accounting team များနှင့်အတူ အချိန်နှင့်တစ်ပြေးညီ ဆက်သွယ်ညှိနှိုင်းလုပ်ဆောင်ရန်

·         Stock picking, packing, loading အဆင့်များအား စစ်ဆေးခြင်း

·         FIFO / FEFO စနစ်အတိုင်း ထုတ်ကုန်များပြင်ဆင်ဖြန့်ဖြူးခြင်း

·         Stock Transfer Form, Delivery Order (DO), Return note စာရွက်များအား မှန်ကန်ပြည့်စုံမှုရှိ စေရန် ထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း

·         Distribution vehicles များကို စနစ်တကျ သုံးစွဲနိုင်ရန် Driver များနှင့် တိုးတက်မှန်ကန်အောင် ဆက်သွယ်ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်

·         Delivery status များကို Real-time update ပေးခြင်း

·         Customer / Outlet များသို့ ထုတ်ကုန်များ မှန်ကန်စွာရောက်ရှိအောင် ကြိုတင်စီမံခြင်း

·         Daily distribution report, loading/unloading report များတင်ပြခြင်း

·         DO, Invoice, GRN (Goods Receive Note) စာရွက်များမှန်ကန်အောင် တိတိကျကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း

·         Returned goods / Damage goods များအား Record ပြုလုပ်ပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနသို့ သတင်းပို့ခြင်း

·         Company SOP / Distribution Rules များနှင့် ကိုက်ညီအောင် လုပ်ဆောင်ရန်

·         Delivery safety guideline, vehicle safety standard များလိုက်နာရန်

·         Responsibility area ထဲရှိ discipline, tidiness, safety rule များကို တစ်သိမ်းတည်း ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်

Responsibilities

 Education

·         Bachelor's Degree (Any field – Supply Chain/Sales & Marketing preferred)

·        Experience

·         Distribution / Logistics / Warehouse လုပ်ငန်းလုပ်ကိုင်သက်တမ်း (၁ နှစ်မှ ၃ နှစ်အထိ)

·         FMCG / Trading / Manufacturing sector တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ
