Requirements

• B.Arch (or) Interior Diploma
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp or similar design software.  
• Must have (8) years of relevant work experience.
• Highly creative, imaginative and artistic
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, Ability to work under pressure
• Able to work long-term with the team
• Good in Teamwork and interpersonal skill

Responsibilities

Plan, manage and coordinate for all aspects as well as furnishing of the construction projects 
•    Understand project specification, develop construction time schedule and activities
•    Predict resources and materials requirements to complete project 
•    Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
•    Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
•    Manage costs in order to meet budget
•    Conduct regular site visit to inspect the construction progress and monitor contractor and engineer performance 
•    Supervise each project and operational support team to fulfill their respective key respective indicators 
•    Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, contractors and subcontractors 
•    Maintain the thorough understanding of design specification and verify with physical works to ensure the operations are in line with specifications, drawings and specified safety and standard code
•    Manage partner relationships and negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach gainful agreements
