Requirements

·        Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field and Master's degree preferred.

·        7 years of progressive HR experiences, including 2 years in management level.

·        Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws and industry trends.

·        Excellent leadership and team management skills.

·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Very good English communication and writing skills


Responsibilities

·        Develop and implement HR strategies to support the business goals of the company.

·        Partner with management to implement HR initiatives that are aligned with business initiatives.

·        Manage the staffing process, including recruiting of excellent staff that matches the role and fit well into the company, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.

·        Ensure job descriptions are up to date and complaint with all local regulations.

·        Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.

·        Benchmarking of compensations for employees based on the market situation and research.

·        Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution

·        Ensure the organization's compliance with local regulations

·        Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the management team, department heads and team leaders

·        Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation

·        Developing and adjustments of HR policies, ensuring all company policies are implemented and applied consistently

·        Creating clear and concise reports.

·        Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.

·        Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organizational culture, ensuring that the company values and approach are displayed.

·        Regularly coach, mentor and support senior and top talent colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs, develop and maintain effective relationships and encourage retention.

·        Keeping a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement, implementing employee recognition and reward programs linked with performance management.

·        Ensure managers are sufficiently skilled and enabled to access appropriate guidance and information to manage workforce issues.

·        Leading a team of junior human resources managers and administrative staff

·        Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.

·        Developing, reviewing and improving administrative policies, and procedures.

·        Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained with cost saving approach effectively.

·        Working with the finance and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and other expenses.

·        Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, training sessions and Town Hall.
